"Was having a horrible day and wandered in here by chance and it definitely brightened my day. Very chill spot with a free pool table. They had the old school TMNT cartoon playing on the tv which earned alot of cool points from me. Ended up ordering the Mac Dawg, which was a hot dog covered in bacon, and Mac and cheese. I had that dawg in me, which paired wonderfully with a cold beer. Perfect spot to turn around a bad day. 10/10 wish I lived closer, would visit regularly."

"To start off, we loved this place at the last location. And I'm not one who posts bad reviews, but this is a town favorite falling. We just went to the new location with high hopes. So walking in and being told to seat ourselves was fine, but waiting at a table for 15 minutes for a menu or even a waitress to speak to us.. When she finally came over, she came to take our order with no menu. We finally put our order in, two out of three cups needed taken back due to being dirty. After 30 minutes sitting and barley being noticed, we were just about to leave. We decided not to blame a business for a waitress issue. So we stayed, and to say $42 for 3 hotdogs is absurd and understatement. Soggy nachos, soggy buns, weird taste on hot dog. Sadly, the best part of the meal was the garlic fries that came with it. To end it on a very bad note, I get to pay at the register, and she gives me a receipt that charged me 20% for a large party!?! For real? 2 adults and a child is a large party? I get that us 3 people were too big of a group for her, but i should not be punished for her, not being able to keep up. This is bad business, and it sucks that they used to not be run this way."

"First time at the new location, seated quickly, staff was very friendly respectful and courteous. Hot dogs were pretty good, the buns don't hold up that well. The beef dogs are $2 more but much more flavorful. Coleslaw is good. Chili/ special sauce is very good. Found a long hair in my dog and the waitress took it back and made another one for me. Disappointed in them NOT having a military discount. Hope to be back again and try something else."

"My kids and I enjoy this place and their food almost 4 if not 5x a month! We love it! When we first touched down in Hagerstown this was the first restaurant we tried out! Wonderful staff, wonderful owners and the overall family that surrounds this place is awesome! We usually get Mac Dog, The Southern Dog and my daughter lately has been getting a burger! Thank you all for the good service and wonderful food!"

"The Dog House is Back! And boy did they start to pack in! Not down with dogs? Warm up to some chili, chow down on a salad, rake in a Reuben... Plenty of options for the whole family! I think this new location is great! It is right on the square where salsa Mama used to be and they've done a great job of setting the decor and ambience. We even saw a few people come in simply to look around and check out the new place and everybody was impressed. Lots of seating for various party sizes. I saw they even Had live music the other night. Our table had a Chicago dog, steak and cheese sub, grilled cheese, mozzarella sticks, and even a Hug! The little one was a little fussy today (toddlers ) but loved the big window view and admiring the doggie. Make sure to stop by soon! I need to try the fried PB&J..."

"Really neat place. I've been trying to visit for a year. They moved their location to the public square in Hagerstown. Ordered the Chicago Beef dog and my traveling companion ordered The Hollywood. We split them. Both were good but especially loved the fries. They are coated with something and really tasty. The macaroni salad was not homemade and store bought or Id given them a Five."

"I ordered an Italian Bomb with Italian sausage. I also ordered fries with my sandwich. They told me they were out of sausage AND fries. Outside of that I would have rated this place 5 stars. My buffalo hamburger was great, my onion rings were great, the funnel fries were great, and service was great. I will be back."
